Editorial rules

Intersecciones en Comunicación is a free biannual publication in digital version ISSN 2250-4184 (On-line version) edited by the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Its objective is to publish original papers on Social Communication, Communication and Information Sciences, Journalism and related disciplines that are evaluated through the double-blind external refereeing system. No Article Processing Charges (APCs) are charged at any stage of the editing or submission process. Authors will not receive any type of monetary compensation from the journal. Unpublished articles that are not simultaneously submitted to other journals are published (up to 20 pages including tables, graphs and figures). The published content is aimed at researchers, teachers, undergraduate and graduate students.

In all cases the number of authors may not exceed three.

They must include personal data of the author/s: full name, areas of research or interest, origin-current institutional affiliation, mailing address, e-mail address and ORCID.

Declaration of authorship, originality and conflict of interest.

When submitting an article to a journal, authors must provide a statement affirming that the work is original, unpublished, and research. In addition, they must authorize the journal to publish it. The order of authors should also be indicated and that there is no conflict of interest.

Authors' contribution roles

Intersections in Communication adheres to the use of CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) to make visible, differentiate and recognize the participation of each author with their respective roles in the realization of the research document
